A million threads like this have probably been deleted but I can't even load into the game as there is an infinite loading loop on Ubi connect. I have tried searching for this in the forums and found a link to something similar, tried all the solutions but still get the infinite loading loop.

Glad you've found a workaround. Do you mean you just went straight to the games installation folder and launched it from the .exe file?
