@Dcgdavies - It sounds like "The Poor Fellow-Soldier" isn't triggering for you because Hordafylke isn't registering as completed. As this is a slightly different issue, would you be able to make a new thread so we can investigate this separately? Please feel free to tag me in the new thread (using the "@" prompt) and we can take a closer look at why your pledge to Hordafylke hasn't been completed.

@Madeezy - Thanks for sharing your ticket numbers with me. I tried to take a look at your video, but it appears that a code is needed to access it. Would you be able to make it a public link, and then repost it within this thread? We'll then be able to take a closer look at it.

Thanks for that video, @Madeezy! I've split both your report and @Dcgdavies's into a separate thread, as it looks like your Hordafylke pledge being incomplete is preventing you from pledging to Hamtunscire (and therefore being able to complete "Poor Fellow-Soldier." I'd like to keep this investigation separate, as it's a slightly different issue to the one in the megathread.

Taking a look at your completed quest log, it doesn't look like you've completed any of the Hamtunscire arc (your first quest should be "Kingdom's End"). I can see that you've completed "A Brother's Keeper," though, which should be the last quest of the Hordafylke pledge.

Would you be able to send us another video that shows Hordafylke is still shown as pledged, despite "A Brother's Keeper" being successfully completed? In the same video, can you show us that you're unable to pledge to Hamtunscire as a result. We can then pass this along to the development team for further investigation.

Hello @Dcgdavies! I'm unable to view the screenshots you're referring to. Have you attached these to a support ticket? If so, would you be able to let me know the ticket number so we can take a closer look?

If you're trying to share them in the forums, it looks like they haven't shared correctly. Would you be able to try uploading them again? You may find that sharing them as links may be easier, as I know the forums can be picky with image resolution.
