I have two xbox series x consoles at home and on each of my new consoles, after completing the countdown and opening the loot box, the game keeps crashing and freezing. Such incidents do not only concern me during one countdown, after opening the final loot chest, the entire party crashed out of the game. Gentlemen, developers, this turn of events has no right to exist and this critical error should be fixed.

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to check the steps of our dedicated Xbox Series troubleshooting guide, which helps solve most of the Issues encountered on that platform.

Should the crashing keep happening afterwards, or if you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out !

The troubleshooting is recommended to ensure this isn't caused by anything on your end. As the issue doesn't occur for every player, or even consistently on players where it does happen, we suggest it as a means to help our players, while the development team are investigating the root causes and work on solutions.

I do apologize that you consider this disrespectful, but this is not how we intend it, when we suggest troubleshooting.
