Hey there @HankFett, sorry to see we have an item where the dyes don't work.
Can you take a screenshot of the backpack with no dye applied, then a second one with a dye applied? I can get this reported up after that.

I've gone ahead and raised this all on to the team, it may be similar to the Umbra issue, but when we hear back from them, we'll let you know!
