Over the past year I've lost 3 Exotic items from inventory. 2 Capacitors and yesterday a Bulletking. At first I thought I mistakenly unstarred it and then deleted it. But now that I've lost 3 items I know I would not do that three times.
Both of these weapons I rarely use, the Capacitor is only on one build and the BulletKing I just use on Keener mission at the end. So the fact that they are seldomly used is why I don't pay too much attention to them and thus am never sure what exactly caused them to go missing.
The only explanation or recollection I can think of is changing a loadout during a mission and you get that warning message about having to pull items from stash, and maybe somehow in that process the game glitches and deletes that item, but both of these items are always in my backpack so again I don't know what happened to it. Plus I rarely change loadout during a mission so again that's why I don't notice these items missing. However the BulletKing isn't on any builds so I manually equip it when I want, so I don't understand how that went missing. I've checked my other characters and it's not in their backpack.
Just curious and frustrated on what's going on and if anyone else has experienced this.

Hey there @Delimanic7203 !

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're missing exotics from your inventory after looting them.

Are you able to check whether your Exotic Components have increased during the disappearance of these items?

Do you recall any particular actions you may have taken before these disappearances?

Let us know how you get on!

Hey there @Delimanic7203 . Thanks for sending across your concerns about this.

The reason we ask for as specific information as possible is that the first step in fixing an issue is to reproduce it on our end - we need to observe an issue happening in order to investigate it. It's usually the case that having lots of reports of an issue helps us to reproduce issues by seeing what the similarities are between reports, but even when we only have one, we'll still do our best to investigate.

I understand that, since you hadn't used the items often, you won't be able to give us more specific information, and I appreciate you clarifying that for us. If you notice this happening again, please let us know, as that will help us to further narrow down where to look.

Thanks once again for sharing your feedback about our processes, and let me know if I can clarify anything.
