[2020] BUG: Rogue Encounter, Grand Washington Hotel mission

I had it twice now that during Grand Washington Hotel, just before the second last encounter where Espinoza gets dropped to death, a rogue hunter encounter is being announced by ISAC and by the music switching to the rogue battle track but then no rogues appear, neither within that big dome-like battlefield area nor at the next - last - boss battle of the mission.

I will try to record a video of it next time I log into the game and play that mission.
