I have created a ticket about a week ago, but Ubisoft support team is not helping at all. Maybe someone can help me with this.

When i first opened the game, after 1-2 minutes of playing in the tutorial section, my computer unexpectedly rebooted. Tried again and did the same.

The first thing i did was to check the files using the "Verify files", that are to be found in the Division2>Properties>Local files>Verify files. The result did not show any error.

After that I tried to lower the graphics settings and i was able to finish the tutorial section, only for my computer to reboot when the cut-scene at the end of the section finished. (I was running the Division 2 in full screen-window mode). I also saw that some people suggested that i turn off spatial sound, but that option was already turned off.

After that i also changed the settings in nVidia control panel>Manage 3D settings>The Division 2 and changed the Power Management mode to - Prefer Maximum Performance. I also started The Division 2 in Full Screen and switched to Direct x12. This worked as yesterday i was able to play the game.

Today, after playing for one hour or so, when i was doing some mission, I opened the map, using "M button". My computer rebooted in the same manner as it rebooted yesterday.

When the computer reboots, it does not show any error messages or anything. Just a black screen followed after the boot sequence.

My computer is using a nVidia evga 1060, 6gb. 16 GB of ram, ryzen 2700x, psu corsair 550v. Windows 10. The game is also installed on a SSD.

After one week of playing, the game still behaves the same and sometimes i cannot enter in some locations, because of the computer restart.

I do not know if this issue is related to the game or something else. This computer reboot is only happening in the division2
