[2020] [Bug] Communications devices still unable to pickup

I see the large patch hit today (May 14th, 2019) and upon checking the so far 2 communication devices I could not pickup (and reported) are still broken.

1) Campus Comms: Garden Tour (on a chair in the house on H St. Northwest ~ Judiciary Square)

2) Campus Comms: Leader Elected (on a top of external fire escape stairs 4th St.Northwest ~ Judiciary Square)

What do you see when you go up to those devices? Do they act as though you should be able to pick them up? If so, do you receive some sort of error?

If possible, please get a video showing that you can't pick up the device and don't already have it showing in your collected devices.

Sorry to hear you having issues with this Comm. Could you please provide a video showing you at the location, then your map, then showing your Comms menu?
