Hello
Since 2 days i experience 1 FPS as soon as i enter Safe Houses or the BOO.
I upgraded my System lately with:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X
AMD 6900 XT
Latest Driver and everything is installed. I didnt change any Graphic Settings but since the Upgrade i have this 1 FPS issue.
Any idea what could be the problem?

Thanks for testing this out with Discord. Could we also ask you to launch the game after a clean boot as well and let us know if there's any noticeable impact on performance please?
Hey there @johnmccole , thanks for coming back to us about this. It's great to hear that a clean boot seemed to improve the issue.
From that, we can deduce that it is one of your background processes that is causing the performance decrease. As explained in the support article Ubi-Orion linked, we'd recommend manually disabling your background processes until you find the one causing the conflict.
