Yesterday i Bought the Ultimate edition here in Australia for $164.95 AUD, In preperation to predownload the game over night to play today.
however i received an error when finalising my payment through uPlay store.
I checked my bank account and found that the transaction had been successful.
V8616 11/03 UBISOFT X.
MISCELLANEOUS DEBIT -minus $164.95

However i have not received my game and i haven't received access to download or play the game either. I've called my bank to ask if they had any technical issues reported on there end and informed me that they have had no issues and that the transaction was indeed successful. I've lodged a Ubisoft ticket over 14 hours ago and heard no reply. I've also contacted Ubisoft on facebook and they have flat out ignored me. I'm losing my patience and support for this company very fast. I've also restarted the uplay app multiple times to see if that would fix it... Please help. At this rate i'll be forced to have my bank issue and transaction dispute on my behalf.

I have checked and you should have received a response on this ticket today.

I've checked your account and it doesn't look like you've pre-ordered the game from the Ubisoft Store. You have a linked PSN account so I'm assuming you've pre-ordered via the Playstation Store. If that's the case you'll need to get in touch with Sony if you are having any problems with your pre-order and the early access that's supposed to come with it.
