When I play Division 2, the game constantly stutters and freezes for a few seconds then picks back up. It doesn't matter if I am solo or in a large group all spamming Cluster Mines and Flame Turrets. It has not always been this bad, but seems like it has gotten progressively worse. Currently, I have the game on quite literally the lowest graphics setting possible. I have tried turning off UPlay Overlay and have turned off all programs running in the background or Task Tray to no avail. The game is entirely unplayable at the current moment. There will be periods of the hiccups that I shoot through enemies and deal no damage (although they can damage me), and I have fallen through the map and have to fast travel to my squad. I have already tried a complete reinstall and have verified my game files. Yes, I have DirectX 11 active instead of 12 for the game (I tried DirectX 12 and the game crashes within a few seconds of playing). I meet the Recommended specs. Meanwhile, my brother who has 16GB of RAM is having the exact same issues and has stopped playing Division 2. Please help. I have tried every setting known to man. No, I don't want to download some sketch Third-Party program either.
I can send my DXDIAG if needed.
