Your log looks like totally normal. Can you please check if your antivirus are blocking the game? Check the blacklist in your antivirus and/or firewalls. You should also check if you have any kind of real time scanner in your antivirus. This kind of tool usually origins the freeze in the game.

I forgot to mention this, but this happens in the campaign only, not the regular missions, and only when loading the specific mission. Playing in Fullscreen with everything on max settings.
