@KillerNascent I see that player as having been suspended twice in the past, and they have open reports. If the reports are valid I am sure they will be dealt with. We want to implement a system to help reassure players that their reports are being dealt with to help combat this feeling.

@ali082515 I can confirm that both those players were banned.
