@lemmejustyeet50 Abnormal disconnect is not just 1 issue. It is any issue that we don't currently have a feedback message for. Are you on mac, PC, Android or iOs? Are you using a 32 bit OS? Are you using a VPN? Do you have the same issues if you use a different device? A different internet?

@minimalmilktea You should be able to just play as long as the web browser you are using support WebGL. Most do.

@lemmejustyeet50 Well, that is not the normal function of the F12 key on most computers. It is supposed to bring up a menu with several tabs. Are you using an IPv6 only router? Do you have IPv4 enabled on your router/computer?

@lemmejustyeet50 A reconnect system is something we want to add, but it is not a simple task to say the least. Do you have a phone? A quick way to tell if this is a local issue(your connection, or your device) would be to download the game on your fine and try playing on wifi, then try off wifi.

@lemmejustyeet50 That makes it a lot harder to identify what is causing it if there doesn't seem to be a pattern, and you are unable to send us the console logs. Is it always the same error message?

It seems Rackspace is having problems with their Dallas data center, but they are working to resolve it. Thank you all for being patient.
