[2022] a lot of lag lately

2 days ago, i was opening the game normally and the game started to become a lot more laggy than before and it was really hard to play with that lag. Before there wasn't a lot of lag, so i don't know what happened to my game. I don't even know if the problem come from my pc or from the game. I tried to max the frames to 60 but didn't work. I have a wired connection.
