I clicked 1 time, saw that yes I can pay via steam, went to top up and on my second click on buy a product, I was written sorry, you tried to buy this product very often, try later. I don't understand how long it takes to wait to buy, it's been going on for 3 days and still this stuff. Is it possible to remove me from the lists of scammers there or something else so that I can already buy and play a game with friends???)))

I'm really sorry for the delay getting to your post! If you've been able to make the purchase at this time, feel free to disregard this post. If the issue is persisting, please try the following!

  • First, make sure that your Ubisoft account information is completely and 100% accurately filled in! This includes name, gender, and preferred language. Make sure that the name on the account will match the name on the chosen payment method. You can check all this here on our account management page.
  • Second, I know you mentioned wanting to pay via Steam but we would advise trying another payment method.
  • Third, did you wait a full 48 hours between making any purchase attempts? Sometimes a purchase attempt may be blocked for suspected fraud and you'll need to wait a full 48 hours without making any purchases attempts as any made in that period will just reset the 48 hour timer completely. Try waiting an entire 48 hours without trying the purchase and then see if the issue persists.
