Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to check out our pinned thread
On our Ubisoft Support website, we have several self help guides you can find, by searching for the Trackmania game, here - https://support.ubisoft.com/
If you have experienced any crashes, performance issues, installation and download issues in game, this guide contains the most common fixes for these types of issues and we recommend trying each step in the article -

If your issue is related to connectivity problems, such as your game is taking a long time to load, you are being disconnected from the game, or you are experiencing rubberbanding in game, please check our our connection guide for Trackmania here -

BUG REPORTING
If you have witnessed any bugs in the game, please feel free to report them to us in the forums so we can investigate further.
Please make sure when making a bug report you include a video clip that clearly shows the issue.
To record a clip for us -
- Press the Windows key, the Alt key and R key, to start recording a clip with Xbox Game bar (Usually comes already installed on Windows 10)
- Next press the Windows key and G key to bring up the game bar and review your captured clip.
- Finally, if you can then upload this clip to a video hosting website such as YouTube or Imgur and the like, please copy the url web link of your newly uploaded video into this thread and we should be able to then view this too.
Alternatively, you can link us to a clip you have recorded on a streaming service such as Twitch too.
If you can not find the answer in the forum, or perhaps you need help with your Ubisoft Account you can always contact us via our other support channels, where we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours if possible -
