I tried using the Switch controller pro, but by bluetooth it is not recognized, and wired i cannot access any menu and the triggers doesn't let me change categories. Furthermore, when disconnecting i cannot use the mouse to navigate, I have to close the game and relaunch. Is it not supported yet?

Sorry to hear you're having issues.
At the moment, Switch Pro controllers aren't currently supported.
You can check what peripherals are compatible with the game here.
