Hello
I have the starter acces and i can only play at th campaign in multiplayer.
When I try to go in train mode or solo campaign, the game bug and close by itself. Before the crash, during the loading, i can see this : 
Someone know how to fix that ?

I'm sorry that you are having trouble playing in solo mode and that the game is crashing! It looks like maybe you are getting an error related to your graphics card, so I'd suggest that you check and make sure the drivers are all up to date. Here is how to do that! This might sound random but if you're on a laptop, you might also want to double-check your power mode settings. You may want to change the power mode to at least Balanced, if not High Performance. Not having enough power means that your GPU might not be triggered when you launch the game, which can cause crashing issues. Finally, I'd suggest going through our general troubleshooting guide for PC here as it can help fix many of the common issues that cause crashing/freezing with our games.

I'm sorry that you have also run into this issue and are unable to play solo mode. If you haven't yet, please go through all of the steps mentioned in my post above, and also open a support ticket and upload your system files if you continue to have issues with being unable to play.
As for the campaign miniatures showing up black, would you be able to take a screenshot of this so I can have a closer look? Thank you!
