[2023] Missing Prestige Skins (Royal)

I played ~10 Games of Royal on Patchday and still missing some skins.

One of the matches was this one:

I got (other animal)skins from before this match and after, but never received the Polarbear skin.
I think i left the match before the reward-popup came up and since then i never got it again for this animal (played last days 1x1st again and 1x 2nd as Polarbear -still no reward-popup)

Macaw Parrot also bugged for me and also 2 others i think (giraffe/clownfish). can this be fixed?

(Once i got a reward-popup after 2min(?) of waiting in the KO-screen (placed 4th., match wasn't finished) We don't need to wait till the game is over, do we?)
