[2020] Changing regions updates car but not flag

When changing regions for the profile, the car skin is updated to the new region, but the flag under the profile does not. Going into the seasonal leaderboards does show the new region. On the main menu, I also see the new region flag. This seems to be a visual bug that only affects the profile page.
