Hello support team and community,
unfortunately, I can't start the game for a few days now (Not sure about the correct data but should be around 1st of February)
Basically, the game starts and I see the message "Please Wait". After that the Screen gets dark and I see the ubisoft loading icon on the bottom right. This is when the game freezes and doesn't respond anymore. (see screenshot of when it exactly happens)
I even waited for 5+ hours but it didn't unstuck.
I've done everything I could possibly find in the forums or on the internet:
- general pc troubleshooting
- allowing/whitelisting executables in firewall settings
- even disabling the firewall
- disabling overlay for ubisoft, steam and discord
- updating windows
- updating graphic drivers (tried different versions)
- updating/changing redist. and .net frameworks
- starting in different compatib. modes as well as administrator
- uninstalling trackmania and Ubisoft connect
- cleaning temp/ appdata
- changing graphic settings
- trying out different monitors
- I even set up a CLEAN Windows installation!
- only installing ubisoft and trackmania --> still doesn't work
- uninstalling / installing different language combinations ob Ubisoft Connect and TM (En-En/En-De/De-De/De-En)
My Pc Specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
- RAM: 32 GB Ram
- Graphics Card: NVidia Geforce RTX 2080 Super
- Old System: Windows 10
- New System: Windows 11
The only unusual thing I get is in the launcher_log:
Not sure whether this error appeared before as well. Unfortunately, I forgot to save the old log file. The pid belongs to Trackmania itself.
Is there anything else I could try ?
