[2022] Interface Bug when disconnecting during TA phase of a COTD

I just had a crash around the 10 minute mark and when i came back i was greeted with the message that the COTD registration was over and i should come back another day. However i had already registered by driving a handful of times. I stayed because i assumed it´s just a bug in the UI, which turned out to be true. Once the TA was over i got the normal join button like it should be.

Can´t really tell when i actually crashes so the end of the registration phase might or might not be important.

Anyway, for 6 minutes or so users can be under the impression that they can´t play the KO phase if they can indeed play it.

When players connect there should be a check wether a player already registered or not and not just display the "too late m8 come back tomorrow" message by default.
