Hello,

Here is a bug I had two days ago.
I was playing the qualifications of Cup of the Day at 7PM CEST and when I checked a profile of a player my game suddenly crashed.
I relaunched the game and joined the Cup of the Day again, it was still the qualifications. But when I checked my time on the left leaderboards, my time was not written.
Instead it was written the default message you got before driving your first run, when you have not set a time yet.
I couldn't drive another time before the end of the qualification countdown. So it was written to come back tomorrow to qualify for the next Cup of the Day.
I thought I was kicked out of the Cup of the Day, but I stayed on the server to continue to play. At the end of the 15 minutes of time attack, the same message was written.
At the moment when you are supposed to join your match server, I thought nothing will happen...
But suddenly I got the autojoin to the match server ! So, the server actually saved my previous time and I was qualified for Cup of the Day, but I could not see it !

Can you fix that bug because I think some people who got disconnected during the qualification time could think they didn't make it for CotD and exit the server without knowing they are actually qualified.

Thanks

Hello @steexow! Welcome to Discussions!

Thanks for reporting this to us. I can see how people could become confused and exit thinking they didn't qualify for the CotD but in fact, they might have been fine. Is this the first time you've seen this happen, or has it happened to you before? If it happened before, do you notice that it only seems to occur after the game crashes? By the way, if your game does crash again, I would suggest going through these steps here.

If you are able to recreate this, it'd be great if you could also get a video showing that you receive the message to come back tomorrow to qualify but are still able to join the CotD. You can upload that video to YouTube (or any other sharing site) and post the link here so we can take a look. Thank you!
