[2022] Game Won't Launch from desktop, files, or UPlay

For about a week now, I have been completely unable to launch Trackmania 2020, no matter where I attempt to launch it from. I have deleted and reinstalled the game many times now and it continues to crash before even launching. The furthest I get is the launch screen that says "Preparing to Launch Your Game" at the bottom but it always closes immediately again with no error messages. I have run from the desktop, as administrator, verified files each time i reinstall, nothing seems to be wrong in the files or anything but it never is able to open. I have an ASUS Vivobook 14 running Windows 11, with a Ryzen 7 5700U processor with integrated AMD Radeon Graphics, with the latest Radeon Adrenalin Drivers installed, I have been able to play the game with no issues before but this randomly started happening last week. I don't think my firewall or antivirus has anything to do with it since I constantly allow changes to my device from Ubisoft Connect, and I never get an error code when it closes.
