Hey!
The last few days I had problems with my WiFi. Thats why I started hunting the campaign offline. When my WiFi got fixed today, I played online again (I played the campaign already before the WiFi issue and set a PB on every map). I don't know if offline times should count towards the leaderboard when I come online again - but they don't. But that's not my problem!

But I have a problem, which is probably related to this. When I saw that my times weren't counted towards the leaderboard, I hunted all my offline PBs (I could see them in the Ultimate Medals Plugin from OpenPlanet https://openplanet.dev/plugin/ultimatemedals: (https://openplanet.dev/plugin/ultimatemedals)). I was able to beat nearly all of my offline PBs and my new PBs were properly stored in the leaderboard. But I wasn't able to beat my offline PB on Summer 08. Before I had the issue with the WiFi, my PB was a 18.236s. Offline I got a 16.772s. When I hunted the map today I couldn't beat that offline time, but I got really close with a 16.988s. See the following image: It's from a video I recorded today while hunting the map (16:26 CEST). You can see my offline PB in the Ultimate Medals Plugin (16.7s) and my new PB (the 16.9s) in the leaderboard on the left. I drove it online! And as you can see it was also stored in the leaderboard.

I left my PC and came back a few hours later to try beating my time again. But now I see, that my new online PB wasn't stored. I beat it again and it still doesn't store my new time, which is faster than my "old" online PB (18.2s) but slower than my offline PB (16.7s). I took the following screenshot the exact second (00:57 CEST) I am writing this report. ( You can see the time on the bottom left).

As you can see in this image, my time got deleted and it shows my first old online PB which I set before my WiFi issues.

So to conclude the history of my time to make it a little bit less confusing:
18.2s (online) -> 16.7s (offline) -> many small PBs (online), best time in the end 16.9s (online) -> 18.2s (old online time) -> new PB ( i don't remember the exact time) -> 18.2s (old online time).

To conclude my problem: Whenever I beat my offline PB my time is stored correctly. But when I don't beat my offline PB, but I beat my old/current online PB, my new PB isn't stored after refreshing the campaign.

Is there any fix for this (except beating my offline PB 16.7s 😄 ?)

I hope you understand my explanation! I can imagine that it can be confusing 😄 So if you have questions feel free to ask.

Cheers,
SoWieMarkus

Edit: I noticed that sometimes I can see the offline PB in the campaign overview, but then it switches back to my old online PB. I can never see my offline PB in the leaderboard ingame.

@SoWieMaggus Hey! Welcome to Discussions!

Sorry that you are having trouble with your PB time getting updated on the leaderboard. 😞 I don't think the offline time would count or be added to the leaderboard but I'm not 100% on that. However, your online PB of 16.9 definitely should have counted and should have been updated/added to the leaderboard so I'm sorry that it isn't being updated for whatever reason!

So that we can help look into this more, please let us know:

  1. Is this only happening with the Summer '08 map, or have you noticed this on any eithers?
  2. What is your internet speed?
  3. Does the PB eventually get updated or no?

Thank you!
