[2020] Glitched/Hacked records and player report button

For summer 2020 pretty much all the records are Glitched/Hacked, its quite easy to tell all you have to do is add their ghost and see them either teleport around or finish in a time clearly slower than their stated record.

I know that the devs will be working to fix these glitches/hacks but in the meantime we should be able to report the players who are doing the Glitched/Hacked runs so that they can just be banned, but at the moment the report player button does nothing. Would be good to get the player reporting system setup so the leaderboards can be cleaned.

Another thing is that even if players are banned they could just make another account and come back and do it again, so a fix would be to make it so you have a standard or club access account to have your records on the leaderboards. Then when glitchers/hackers get banned they will have to pay money for another account which will massively discourage glitchers/hackers from glitching/hacking to get on the leaderboards.

If at any point you find you need to report a player or potential bug, you can do this in game, steps on how to do this can be found here.

If you come across any specific bugs, it would be helpful, if you could provide as much details as possible regarding this issue.
- description of the issue
- steps to reproduce
- possible workarounds
- images or video with the issue visible

Once we have this information, we can forward it to the developers, you can proceed in finding a solution for it.
