So ReplayA and ReplayB are both selected to view/edit/shoot but accidently you remove in mydocuments/TM2020/Replays/MyReplays/ReplayA.Gbx you will get this error.

Thank you for reporting this.

Just to be sure we understand; If you have two replays selected in-game, and delete one of these replays via the game files and not in-game, the remaining replay becomes unaccessible?

If so can you please confirm if you're alt-tabbing to delete replays, or closing the game and coming back to it later, when you're encountering this error

Would it even be at all possible to provide a clip demonstrating the steps you're taking when this happens?
