[2022] Tyre skid marks invisible.

My tire skidmarks are not visible, I have tried reinstalling multiple times, verifying game files, adjusting shader settings, and throwing a hissy fit. Has anybody else encountered this issue? I have not found any results searching for similar issues/glitches.
