[2022] Transparency on club decals broken

Since the latest update it seems that the transparency of Club decals seems to be broken on Bobsleigh Starts, CPs and Finishes.

Here is a screenshot of Bobsleigh Starts next to some other Starts and you can see the custom Club decals have black/white backgrounds on bobsleigh but not on any other block.

As the image is quite hard to read, could you please provide in game screenshot instead of map editor screenshots?
This will allow us to fully investigate this.
