I tried action keys to see how it work, but there is no way to get back to normal steering with joystick instead of one of the 5 action keys.
I found one option, deleting the user data in documents.
Any way other than this one ? I don't like doing my config again.

What joystick are you using?
What changes to your controls have you made already and where have you done this?
If in-game, what happens when attempting to change them back?
