I was wondering if I could use some of the in-game songs like "chassis" or "no invites to this party" as background music for my (not trackmania related) youtube video? Ofcourse I don't want to get a copyright claim on my video, so that's why I am asking in advance.

I can appreciate wanting to use some Trackmania music for your YouTube videos.
To answer your question, some of the music in our games is Ubisoft licenced, while others are owned by the artists. Using licensed music in any YouTube video could potentially result in a copyright strike from the website.
