[2020] Standard cannot view top 5 ghosts despite it being listed as a feature

Standard edition is listed as being able to view and play against top 5 and world ghosts, which makes sense because this was a core functionality of Trackmania 2 and seems like a necessary feature. However, this is DISABLED for everyone who paid for standard edition. Nobody with standard can choose which ghosts to play against.

I've mentioned this a few times on the Discord, but there has been no official statement on this since release despite efforts from numerous people. I feel like this is an extremely important issue, as you're currently lying to standard users about what features they paid for. It's not gated behind author time; I have author on all campaign maps.




I've been enjoying the game so far, but this has been bothering me a lot.
