[2021] [Crash/Freeze]My PC crashes when i launch the game

Whenever I launch the game, it crashes my PC.

The specs are above recommended btw, i have tried everything on the Ubisoft troubleshooting guide, and they can only just keep referring to the troubleshooting guide. Is there anything else I can do?

Hey iv_centric, sorry for the annoyance this issue has been. I see that you have a support ticket with us, and they have asked for an updated version of your MSINFO and DxDIAG. If you could provide these updated files. We'd be happy to take a closer look at this with you. Thanks!
