Hi,

I bought a trackmania club subscription on February 18. I waited a while and it seemed to not have subscribed, so I bought it again because I thought the payment just didn't go through, and again nothing.

I contacted customer support the same night and they "escalated" my case, but no action has been taken to this day. I would appreciate any help or assistance on this.
