[2023] Spectating during COTD match/online play doesn´t work (cars stationary or jaggy)

Since one of the latest updates, I can´t spectate in COTD matches or online servers because all the cars are either not moving or extremely laggy (for example, they move once a few secs, like the game recieved only a small percentage of move packets). I can hear the cars just fine. Every other aspect of gameplay is working fine.

Btw it is most probably not my internet connection at fault as I don´t see any speed of ping issues.
