Around 25 - 50% of the time, when I try to join an official server like Royal, Matchmaking, and cotd knockout, I get a "couldn't contact server" error message. Restarting my game does not fix it, and once it starts, while I can still join community-hosted servers, I will be unable to join an official server for the rest of the day.

To start with, if you haven't yet, please go through the troubleshooting steps in our connectivity guide here.
