[2022] Textures oversized after the December update | POST HERE

Textures do not seem to load on custom maps. Even though i do go through the whole download page before loading the map, the downloaded textures do not seem to load once the download is complete. I tried a couple of ways to fix it, like playing on a server, emptying cache and trying again, and downloaded the map from tm-exchange and try to load it through there. But nothing seemed to work. It has been a bit of a problem for a while now but has not been a huge problem for most maps. That is, until there are track of the day's like today's neo cupra map. This map is pretty much unplayable without texture mods.
I do not recall altering any game folders that may handle texture mods, but i might be wrong while creating a skin or something.

Let me know if anyone has any tips to fix this issue.
