I purchased Club Access last month. The game then said something about how it didn't work and that I should try again. It charged $50 to my bank account but I never got the Club Access. I still have Starter Access. What do I do? I don't feel comfortable trying again when it already stole $50 from me. BTW, I never even got an email regarding the purchase.

Do you have any record of it? Such as a confirmation email that may have since come through, or anything in your Ubisoft Order History?
