OK. I got a bit angry about fixing this game, but now I would really appreciate your help.
I tried to:
- restart the game
- run as an administrator
- verify the game files
- reinstall the game
- reinstall Uplay
- go to offline mode and back to online

But I still have this screen after turning the game on:
