[2022] Getting kicked from servers after last update

Hi
I dont play on online servers often but i got a strange thing happening when playing on online servers since the start of this month.When I finich a run on an online server sometime's my game just freeze's. Sometime's the freeze is over after ~15sec and I can play again. But sometime's I get kicked from the server with the message "not enough valid packets". It happend during normal Time Attack sessions on a server but also in the middle of an COTD rerun.

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing such an issue.

In order to help you, I would first recommend you to follow these troubleshooting steps and run tests afterwards.

Should the issue persists after completing the above steps, please gather a screenshot of a Ping test result and a Trace route result as well.
These must be forwarded to our dedicated teams over at Ubisoft Support in case you need further support.
