[2020] Shadows disappearing from replays

I have been trying to figure this one for the past few days. My replays currently show no shadows although all settings is set to the highest settings. This is how the replays look now vs. before:

Any idea why? Is the graphics settings cached somewhere?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H, 8GB Ram, GeForce GTX 1650
