[2023] Run doesn't save between each launch of the game

Hey @Vh4ld , welcome to our forums! Gosh, that's really unusual - I can see from your video that there's a long delay when finishing a map, and I understand your times and medals also aren't saving correctly.

What you're describing here sounds like an access problem - something is stopping Trackmania from correctly loading and saving to your system. To fix this, please see the troubleshooting guide. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs (particularly those such as firewalls or virus scanners, but ideally everything). 

If that doesn't fix the problem, let me know, and I'll have some further ideas we can try
