[2023] MediaTracker Video Export Bug

Hello,

Since the new TM update (29/03/2023), the video exports done since the MediaTracker (both replay editor and MediaTracker in map editor), are bugged, there is a "motion blur" in the video, which was not there before the update.

In this tweet, I've showed an example of the problem, so you guys can see how it looks like :

There was 0 "Depth of Field" bloc added, only basic shot with a custom camera, some camera shake and some fog, nothing more.
