Thanks for getting in touch. We can definitely pass this feedback on for you.

As previously mentioned in another thread, with all the new players since the games launch, its been reported that there are some delays with trophies, points and rankings.

We advise giving the game a few hours to update, as we have been told the data has not been lost, it just takes a little while to update on our side for now.
