So on 29/06 i went to play CotD as like any other day, went through the qualifications with no problems at all, but once i joined the CotD match 1 server the game displayed the message "you're disconnected from uplay, (error code: A-AA-01-09), afterwards i checked into my task manager to find out Ubisoft connect was taking 100% of my GPU and trackmania 8GB of RAM.
then i quickly decided to shut down both ubisoft connect and trackmania using task manager, turned them on again and was hoping i was still in time for my cotd match, when i opened the game it looked like it might actually work, unfortunately after i joined cotd match server the entire cycle started over again, "you're disconnected from uplay" message, 100% of gpu used and trackmania eating 8GB of RAM.
i hope this will get looked into as it pretty much ruined my mood for todays nice ice TotD

Hey eLconn21, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the issue you've been dealing with.

In regards to the error message you receive and the disconnection itself - this is rather unusual and most certainly not something should be happening. The error itself indicates that there is no connection to Ubisoft Connect and I can see that we had a temporary service maintenance which may have been the reason you were disconnected, however this has been concluded not long after and servers have been working as intended.

In relation to the performance issue, I would suggest you to give the following steps a go and see if situation stays the same. If it does, let us know and we will advise you how we can proceed with the issue further.
