[2020] Some maps have no record leaderboard

I have now found two maps where the record leaderboard is entirely empty; it displays "No records" in "World". In local mode, whenever I set a time, it is added to the record leaderboard, but when I exit and restart the map, it is empty again. You can find the maps here and here. The first time I encountered this issue was weeks ago, so it does not seem to be a temporary issue. It seems to affect only a few tracks though.

It would help if someone could try to set a record on these maps, to check whether the issue exists only for me.
