Before I forward this as a bug report, I thought it best to first try some troubleshooting steps, and learn a bit more about the issue.

- Verify game files: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000060529
- Update to the latest video drivers
- Disable background apps: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000063761

Regarding questions, I would like to know -

- How long have you noticed this issue?
- Does this only happen with 1 type of vehicle customisation? Try making a few changes, then putting them back again
