Don't know if anyone can help me here, I didn't see anyone else have this problem; but I got the 3 year club membership off of the Epic Games Store, but when I open the game up; it still says that I still have the starter access; despite me purchasing the club access. Is this because I made the transaction through the Epic store and not through Ubisoft? Is there some way around this? Seriously considering getting a refund for this.
Hi ShadowSun10, thanks for posting about your purchase. It may take upto 24 hours from your date of purchase for the club access to appear in your game.
Do you have only one Ubisoft Account and only one Epic account and have you linked them together correctly?
