[2020] Can't have a skin (club edition)

Hello !
I have a problem with my game: I can't change my skin.
At the start of the game i decided to download 5 skins and they all works. Now i want to have an other skin. I'm trying to download a skin but it's impossible. I tried with a lot of skins bot none of them works. I tried to download them with an external website and put them into my files but it's the same problem. I can't change. I can only put my 5 first skins and the nation skin. Can somone help me?

Would you be able to provide some further details into what exactly is preventing you from adding a further skin?

Are there any particular error messages or warnings you see at all?

Do the skins you download not appear at all?

Into what game file are you placing the skins after you download them?
